Disputes

We'd always rather fix things directly, email us first. Consumers resident in Finland may also bring a dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta, kuluttajariita.fi) after first contacting the Consumer Advisory Services. Consumers in other EU countries can get free help from the European Consumer Centre network (ECC-Net). The former EU ODR platform closed on 20 July 2025.
