Partner Terms

These terms are the agreement between Bumba Clothing (Business ID 2929849-6, "Bumba") and you as a Bumba partner. You accept them when you apply on the partner page. Version 2026-10-17.

1. What you do

You share your personal partner code (and links that fill it in) with your audience. You decide how and where, as long as you follow these terms.

2. Fair play

• Mark every post about Bumba as advertising, for example "#ad" or "#mainos", the way the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority and EU consumer law require. Rewarded content is marketing.
• Only true statements: no fake reviews, no invented discounts, no claims about Bumba we don't make ourselves.
• No spam, no paid search ads on the word "Bumba", no coupon or cashback sites, no buying your own code's orders.
• Your content must be your own and must not target children.

3. Your code

Buyers who use your code get 10 % off their products. One code per order, it can't be combined with other codes, and it doesn't work on your own orders.

4. Commission

You earn 10 % of the net goods value of every paid order made with your code: what the buyer paid for products after discounts, without shipping and without VAT. A commission is pending for 30 days (the buyer's 14-day withdrawal right plus delivery time) and is then approved. If an order is withdrawn, refunded or charged back, its commission is cancelled.

5. Payout

Once your approved balance reaches 50,00 €, we pay it within the next month: by bank transfer to the account you give us by email, or as Bumba credit worth 50 % more (you choose on your partner page). You're responsible for your own taxes. If you live in Finland and aren't in the prepayment register, we withhold tax as Finnish law requires and report payments to the Incomes Register. If you're a business, send us an invoice for the approved amount.

6. The Bumba brand

You may use Bumba's product photos, logo and figures to promote Bumba. Don't change them in a misleading way, don't use them for anything else and don't register Bumba names or look-alike domains.

7. Personal data

We process your name, email, channel and commission records to run the program (see the privacy policy). You never get buyers' personal data, only order counts and amounts.

8. Ending

Either of us can end the partnership at any time by email. Approved commission is still paid out (from 10 € on). If you break these terms, pending commissions are cancelled and your code stops working.

9. Changes

We tell you about changes by email at least 30 days before they apply. Commission already earned follows the terms in force when the order was paid.

10. Law

Finnish law applies. Disputes go to the Helsinki District Court; if you act as a consumer, you keep the rights your home country's mandatory law gives you.
