1. Seller

Bumba Clothing (2929849-6), Pasuunatie 9, 00420 Helsinki, Finland, bumbavibing@gmail.com ("we"). These terms apply to purchases by consumers in the EU via this website.

2. Products & made-to-order production

Our products are printed on demand by our production partners in the EU after you order. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the printed result. Product descriptions state the fibre composition as required by EU Regulation 1007/2011.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are in euros and are final. No VAT is added or shown, because the seller is a small business outside the Finnish VAT register (Finnish VAT Act, section 3). Shipping costs are shown before you pay. Card, wallet and local payment methods are processed securely by our licensed payment providers (PayPal Stripe); we never see or store your full card details. With bank transfer (SEPA), production starts when the payment is on our account; please use the reference we give you. Unpaid orders are cancelled a few days after the due date. Refunds go back through the original payment method.

4. Contract

The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation. The contract can be concluded in any of this shop's languages: the one you shop in. We store your order details; you can view them via your order link.

5. Delivery

See Shipping. If we can't deliver within 30 days, you may cancel and get a full refund.

6. Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, see Returns & Right of Withdrawal or use the withdrawal button.

7. Legal guarantee

You have the statutory rights for goods that are not in conformity with the contract (EU Directive 2019/771, at least two years, and the Finnish Consumer Protection Act). Misprints or damaged items: email a photo within a reasonable time and we'll replace or refund.

8. Pack Rewards

Referral discounts apply to a friend's first order only, can't be combined with other codes, and can't be used on your own account. Reward codes are single-use, bound to your email, have no cash value and expire after 90 days. Abuse (e.g. self-referral with alternate emails) voids rewards.

9. Limited drops

Limited items are produced in the stated quantity only. If a limited item oversells due to simultaneous orders, the later order is refunded in full.

10. Law & disputes

Finnish law applies, without depriving you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. See Company information for dispute resolution.
